Bernheim, Dreyfus & Co, the Paris-based investment manager, has announced that Bndicte Provost will join the fund as Managing Director.
Provost will bring over 20 years of experience in asset management, following 13 years at BNP Paribas as the Portfolio Manager of the VALEUROPE fund, now BNP-Paribas Actions Europe and of the Inter Stratgie European funds, now BNP Equity Europe.
Previous to this, Provost was a portfolio manager of the Europe Rendement and Nouvelle Europe funds, now knows as the EDRAM St-Honor Europe, for 7 years at LCF Rothschild.
The firm says that with the hire of Provost, she will help strengthen the operational procedures, the risk management and controls framework.
Paris-based Bernheim, Dreyfus & Co was founded in 2006 as an alternative investment firm focusing on M&A-related strategies, managing an event driven hedge fund Diva Synergy.
Diva Synergy is managed by Amit Shabi and Lionel Melka. Lionel Melka has 10 years of experience as an M&A advisor for blue chip clients in prestigious banks as Lazards, Calyon and Rothschilds. He has been involved in more than 20 major transactions totalling more than $50 billion.
