Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has chosen Orient Capital to provide investor relations services to SGSSs registry clients.
Following a review of potential providers, SGSS said it selected Orient Capital to provide investor relations services based around its share register analysis (SRA) service, which is delivered through its proprietary online platform, miraqle. This method will enable SGSS to offer clients detailed information and analysis of the identity of who owns their shares, including foreign shareholders.
SGSS already offers issuer services including employee stock plan administration, shareholder meetings services, share registry services and corporate events services.
