J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services has named Andrew Allen head of Product Sales, Direct Custody & Clearing (DCC), Asia Pacific, as the firm continues to expand its network and capabilities to new markets globally.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Allen spent almost five years at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore heading Securities Client Service teams and Senior Service Management functions in Asia, Africa and the Middle East for major banks, brokers, sovereign wealth funds and insurance companies.
In his new role, the 15 year industry veteran will be responsible for further extending J.P. Morgans DCC offering to the firms Asia Pacific based clients, while concurrently supporting international clients seeking DCC services across the region.
Allen, who will be based in Hong Kong, will report to Singapore-based Roger Harrold, head of Investor Services, Asia Pacific and to Alex Krunic, head of Product Sales for DCC, based in London.
