BNP Paribas Securities Services has made four hires—Ken Back, Anne Leyton, Roman Seydoux and Claire Misata—for its sales and relationship management team for U.K. asset managers.
Back will serve as head of asset managers and alternatives sales for the U.K. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector and was previously responsible for strategic sales for post-trade outsourcing at Broadridge. He also worked for six years at Citi developing outsourced middle- and back-office solutions for asset managers.
Leyton, who comes from Citi, will serve as head of the fund manager liaison team. She has 20 years of experience working with asset managers, most recently serving as client executive director at Citi, working with large asset management clients. Prior to Citi, she spent 18 years at Northern Trust in a variety of roles, including head of its investment management liaison group.
Seydoux joins BNP Paribas from BNY Mellon, and he will serve as global relationship manager for asset managers. At BNY Mellon, he was in charge of relationships with alternative investment managers, and prior to this, he was a prime broker at Morgan Stanley. He has over 12 years of experience in financial services.
Lastly, Misata has been appointed global relationship manager for asset managers. She joins from Northern Trust, where she spent six years and was responsible for relationships with multinational asset owners. Prior to Northern Trust, she worked at J.P. Morgan as a relationship manager for asset managers.
