SGSS Launches Irish UCITS Platform Solution

Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has launched ‘Gateway’, its Irish UCITS platform solution to help asset managers develop and market UCITS within Europe.

Gateway offers access to an investment fund structure, Gateway UCITS Funds. allowing asset managers to quickly create UCITS-compliant funds as separately-structured funds within the overall fund structure, and to subsequently market them independently.

Once approved, the funds receive SGSS’ distribution support via local European paying and facilities agencies.

SGSS also provides transfer agency, fund administration, and custody and trustee services, in addition to ancillary services such as Key Investor Information Document (KIID) preparation.
