4sight Hires SVP in North America

4sight Financial Software, a software and consultancy provider to the securities finance and collateral management markets, has hired Marco Ossanna as senior vice president for North America.

Ossanna will be based in New York involved in sales and business development. Prior to joining 4sight, Ossanna oversaw OTC Derivatives Risk Management at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange with a focus on default management and clearing members due diligence. In other prior roles, he managed the market risk practice for Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo in New York and London and was global head of structured equity products within the risk management department of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

In addition, Ossanna founded his own practice to help buy-side firms meet the regulatory challenges of the OTC derivatives clearing mandate in the U.S. and Europe.
