All IPO is enabling investors to apply online for the Bramdean Alternatives Limited IPO — a 250 million alternative investment fund sponsored by Cenkos Securities plc.

The fund, launched by “city super mum” Nicola Horlick, will invest in a variety of alternative investment vehicles such as private equity, real estate, renewable energy and hedge funds — investments that are not readily available to the private investor. The company will be floating on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The prospectus is now available on the All IPO website (www.allipo.com) and investors can place orders for subscription and pay online from Thursday, 14 June. Applications must be received by 3 p.m. on Friday, 29 June. The minimum subscription is 1000.

“Private investors very rarely get the opportunity to invest into private equity or hedge funds,” says Clem Chambers, CEO of All IPO. “The subscription level of Bramdean Alternatives Limited ensures a low barrier to entry and means that all comers can have exposure to a range of alternative investments. We are pleased to once again bring innovation to the private investor.”

Anyone wishing to take part in the flotation should visit www.allipo.com to apply.
