Capco has confirmed Partner Armin Schmitt will lead all of the consultancys operations in Continental Europe, covering Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland and Capcos near shore centre based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Previously, Schmitt was head of Capcos operations in Germany, Germany-speaking Switzerland and Europe.
His expanded role positions him to build on Capcos European business, whose recent landmarks include the setting up of a Bratislava-based near shore facility, together with a dedicated sourcing team to concentrate on leveraging the on-, near- and offshore client and Capco talent and capabilities.
Schmitt joined Capco in 2007. Prior to that, he spent more than ten years in senior leadership roles with a number of consulting firms, including KPMG and BearingPoint.
