Gen II Fund Services, a private equity fund administrator, has appointed Mark OConnor as director of Business Development.
OConnor, who has more than 20 years of experience in the private equity industry, joins Gen II from Citi Private Equity Services, where he also was responsible for business development. He has also previously held an executive director position at CIBC Capital Partners, where he helped build and manage the companys private equity fund division.
