Compliance and data management specialists, Datanomic, today announced the appointment of Gregory Smith as Director of North American Operations. Gregory will spearhead the new US subsidiary, Datanomic Inc. (incorporated in Delaware, with recently-opened offices in New York City, New York) responding to growing global demand for its dn:Director for Sanctions & PEP Screening and dn:Director for B2C Marketing solutions.

Gregory brings extensive experience and a proven track record in expanding business in North America for companies in the information management space. He has successfully helped solution- and technology-focused companies address critical industry issues, such as Know Your Customer, Customer Data Integration, Data Governance and Information Integration. As the former Financial Services, Insurance and Federal Government solutions specialist at Informatica, Gregory joined Datanomic because of the companys accelerated growth opportunities and market potential, following a third consecutive year of triple digit growth. He previously held roles at Firstlogic (Now SAP), managing the Northeast Financial Services and Insurance verticals; and Vality Technology, working with Financial Services, Insurance, Retail and Government clients.
