BISYS is partnering with Feith Systems to provide broker/dealer and advisory firms with a total regulatory compliance and records management solution.
Feith Systems will provide access to its legal and compliance Workbench as well as its litigation support and e-Discovery platform. The Workbench creates a composite operational dashboard that integrates analytical data and related documents that can then be used as a point of oversight and collaboration for compliance teams. It provides case file management, audit trails, and transaction histories.

E-mail retention as it relates to SEC Rule 17a-4 and Rule 204(2) of the Advisers Act has become a compliance priority and a costly, time consuming burden for many investment firms.
