CLS has appointed Euroclear’s former head of product strategy and innovation, Angus Scott, to a similar role in London.
Scott had been with Euroclear for almost six years and was a leading voice on technology innovation for the post-trade provider.
He joins CLS, the FX settlement platform, as head of product.
He will lead teams in New York and London, and report into Alan Marquard, chief strategy and development officer at CLS.
Previously, Scott held roles at HSBC Securities Services and the London Stock Exchange during his 20-year career.
